Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As part of our clinic, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed counselors, to ensure integrated care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress and achievement of treatment goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and necessary self-care strategies to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize care and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n
