Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms for each client during intake and ongoing sessions.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Evidence-Based Therapy: Utilize effective therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide high-standard care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Tides Clinical Association, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. Your role is critical in guiding these individuals through their therapeutic journey, helping them develop coping strategies and improving their overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
