Job Description As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally, and supporting the agency's PR efforts. Additionally, you will oversee the purchasing of branded merchandise for clients, ensuring quality and consistency with brand standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Communications: Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that effectively convey the company’s brand messages. Public Relations: Support PR initiatives by drafting press releases, managing media relations, and coordinating events that enhance brand visibility. Merchandise Purchasing: Oversee the selection, purchasing, and inventory management of branded merchandise, ensuring all items align with brand guidelines. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and merchandise. Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions without compromising on quality. Reporting: Track and report on project progress, campaign performance, and merchandise inventory, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure integrated marketing strategies and cohesive campaign execution. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field, preferably within an agency setting. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Communications Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling messages for various audiences. PR Experience: Basic understanding of public relations practices, including media outreach, press release writing, and event coordination. Merchandise Knowledge: Experience with merchandise purchasing and vendor management is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and generate reports that inform strategic decisions. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), communication platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
