Join American Retrieval as a Records Retrieval Specialist II and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive fast, accurate, and professional support throughout the records retrieval process. Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Record Retrieval & Coordination Proactively contact record custodians, healthcare facilities, and other record sources to expedite document retrieval. Monitor requests to ensure timely completion and follow up as needed. Client & Facility Support Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and facility personnel. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the retrieval process. Data Entry & Tracking Accurately enter, update, and track record requests in internal systems. Maintain current and accurate client and facility information within databases. Status Updates & Issue Resolution Provide regular updates regarding order status and retrieval progress. Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Project Support & Compliance Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. Experience 3 to 5 years of customer service, account management, or client support experience. Experience in legal records retrieval, medical records retrieval, healthcare administration, or related industries preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
