Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans catered to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective treatment for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case reviews and utilizing diverse perspectives to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and participating in relevant training initiatives.

You will be providing services to a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or telehealth capacity.

• Strong understanding of legal standards and ethical considerations in counseling practices.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technology is beneficial.
