Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to individual clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve family conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear objectives and interventions, collaborating closely with clients throughout the process.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice, prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, tackling a variety of mental health challenges ranging from mood disorders to family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with opportunities for bonus compensation and unique incentives. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you are compensated promptly, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursement.
