Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to meet with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining professional standards of care. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required by client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of children and adolescents.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account developmental milestones, therapeutic goals, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower parents and caregivers to support children through challenges, enhancing family communication and relationships.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals to coordinate care, providing a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring swift response and care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives, staying current with the latest practices and research in child and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, alongside proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to young clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
