Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and document symptoms relating to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, integrating therapeutic techniques from structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or strategic therapy, targeting specific goals for each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, the effects of therapy, and strategies for managing difficult situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's care. Participate in regular case consultations to discuss treatment strategies and progress.

• Regularly track client progress through follow-up sessions, revising treatment plans as necessary to adapt to evolving client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
