On Call Receptionist

We are seeking an On-Call Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and team members while providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Answer and coordinate incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, mail distribution, supply ordering, and maintaining accurate records. Support residents by providing information, coordinating appointments, and assisting with transportation scheduling as needed. Help maintain an organized reception area while protecting resident privacy and confidentiality. About You Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, healthcare, or office experience preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
