Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored treatment plans through comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to meet each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation as per legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and continuous education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
