We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Accounting Manager to take the lead on core accounting operations and drive accurate, timely financial reporting for our client in the South Metro. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader to oversee the close process, strengthen internal controls, and elevate efficiency across key accounting functions. • 5+ years of accounting experience, including responsibility for close processes and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated background in month-end close, general ledger management, and journal entry review.
• Experience preparing and reviewing account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Familiarity with financial statement audit support and working with external auditors.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and adherence to established accounting policies.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff in a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across finance and operational teams.
