job summary:
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that we attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

Manage 20 requisitions on a regular basis across field, technicians, and corporate roles.

 Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

 Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates

 Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Manage candidate database and ensure accurate recordkeeping

 Partner with hiring managers & Business Partners to create effective job descriptions and person specifications

 Attend job fairs and networking events to promote Nordex USA as an employer of choice

 Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and professional organization.

qualifications:
2 or more years of high volume recruiting experience is required

manufacturing recruiting is preferred
