Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders that may impact individuals and families.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families addressing a range of issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, and familial conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating a diverse population affected by various mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Specific client concerns may encompass conflicts among family members, adjusting to separation and divorce, and navigating the complexities of blended family dynamics. By empathizing with clients' struggles and providing guidance, you will play a critical role in helping them develop healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
