Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

  Utilize evidence-based methodologies to facilitate therapy sessions, helping clients engage actively in their recovery processes.

  Maintain meticulous and confidential records adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to understand cultural differences will be an asset in providing tailored care. You will be pivotal in guiding clients towards their personal recovery goals, instilling hope and resilience through dedicated support.

Qualifications\n

  A state-issued and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  A bachelor's degree is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

  At least two years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, showcasing knowledge of evidence-based practices.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  The salary range for this position is USD 60,000 - 104,000 annually , depending on your experience and qualifications.
