Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility while also providing the unique experience of being part of a dynamic community health clinic. Our therapists maintain a healthy work-life balance, with the option to manage their schedules around patient needs. Operating primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in hours is encouraged to accommodate our patients' varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' concerns, strengths, and needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the latest evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic techniques or working with certain populations, such as adolescents or individuals with co-occurring disorders, will be highly regarded. Experience with telehealth practices is also considered a valuable asset in our remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
