Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote and designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. The typical work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through detailed interviews and standardized questionnaires to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health challenges, providing invaluable community support and fostering connection among participants.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic patient care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies and develop safety plans as necessary.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment paths, and available community resources, helping them navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Paragon, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and empowering clients to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse range of populations, with a focus on therapeutic efficacy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a compassionate demeanor.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and adapting to new technology.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team focused on client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, including familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
