People Operations Coordinator (Orange County) Orange County Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world’s fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V., reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV. Tatari is looking for a scrappy and dedicated People Operations (\"POPs\") Coordinator to join the team in Irvine, CA. In this position, you will work closely across the PeopleOps team and split your time between office management, ad hoc responsibilities, as well as recruiting coordination. You will play a key role in streamlining day-to-day processes and directly influence our employees' experience, starting from when they are a candidate. This is a perfect position for someone with strong interest in pursuing a career in People Operations and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for Tatari employees, candidates, and any stakeholders Oversee all-thing office management, including but not limited to, office move, facility organization, ordering snacks or lunches, planning and executing team building events--no task is too big or small Work directly with POPs recruiting team as the recruiting coordinator and ensure candidate interviews and outreach abide by internal SLAs Support the POPs team in developing ongoing employee engagement programs and company events, particularly local Irvine events such as happy hours, ad hoc celebrations, etc. Be proactive in anticipating, identifying, and executing improvements in our day-to-day workflow Stay on top of all the technology and workarounds in our office’s ecosystem, with a particular knack for AI; know how to troubleshoot office gear and provide fast and accurate support. Work on ad hoc projects as request, including playing back-up for certain key projects such as the intranet, company surveys, Tatari's DEI initiatives, etc. Qualifications Bachelor degree from a 4-year college/university 1+ year of relevant work experience at a fast-growing startup environment, particularly with regards to office management, event planning, and/or recruiting coordination Ability to be in the office regularly--THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Experience with vendor management when it comes to office operations Strong detail orientation with awareness and anticipation Ability to multitask; juggle competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency (a.k.a. a swiss army knife) Desire to solve problems with effective and efficient solutions ...\"GSD\" attitude!
