Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Shipping And Receiving Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming and outgoing items and quantities for accuracy
- Create labels and package products for safe delivery
- Prepare packing lists, Bills of Lading, and documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Request freight quotes via phone or email
- Schedule and prepare freight shipments
- Build basic pallets and crates when required
- Pick, pull, and package customer orders
- Pull BOM items for production
- Consolidate, reclassify, date code, and label warehouse goods
- Inspect, receive, and put away incoming materials
- Enter data and transactions into the ERP system manually
- Stage and load outbound containers
- Replenish component inventory in floor stock locations daily
- Look up items and perform cycle counts in the ERP system
- Perform part identification, measurement, and inspection tasks
Requirements For Shipping And Receiving:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Strong oral, written, and email communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to operate forklifts and order pickers
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Practical experience shipping with UPS WorldShip and FedEx
- Ability to work directly with customer service and accounting teams
- Experience with JDE ERP system is a plus
- Ability to accurately identify parts, count items, and use measuring tools (tape measure, dial calipers)
