VP Of Growth
Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health are three distinct agencies with different strengths, cultures, and stories, supported by the scale and capabilities of Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe.
We're looking for a VP of Growth who can help turn those strengths into wins. This person will lead our most important new business pursuits across all three agencies, partnering closely with the Head of Growth and senior leaders across strategy, creative, experience, media, data, account, and agency leadership. You'll help us quickly get to the heart of every opportunity: What will it take to win? What is the smartest story we can tell? And how do we create an experience the client will remember?
You are equal parts strategist, storyteller, challenger, and orchestrator. You know how to take a complicated brief, disparate ideas, and a room full of senior opinions and turn them into a clear, differentiated pitch approach. You can see both the big idea and the weakness buried on slide 47. You know when a team needs encouragement, when it needs clarity, and when the work simply needs to get better.
Reporting to the Head of Growth across Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health, you'll be a senior leader on the Growth team and a trusted partner to agency leadership. You'll also help continually improve how we pitch, bringing new ideas, outside inspiration, sharper practices, and a constant focus on making every pursuit stronger than the one before it.
