What You Will Do Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and improve efficiency. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of GTM efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives and operational goals. Ideal Candidate Background 2 to 6 years of experience in operations or go-to-market roles within the software or technology sectors. Proven track record of implementing successful marketing and growth strategies in a startup environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams. Preferred Experience in the defense or government sectors, with an understanding of their unique operational challenges. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in enterprise solutions. Background in B2B marketing or sales operations, particularly in a fast-paced startup setting. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this role ranges from $120K to $200K, complemented by equity options between 0.1% and 0.5%.
