Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, create tailored treatment plans, and document ongoing progress in accordance with our clinic's policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing effective therapy sessions that encourage client transformation and goal attainment.
\n
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with case managers, medical personnel, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in overcoming their challenges, enhancing their ability to thrive in various aspects of their lives.

• Prepare and submit documentation for each session, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with our clinic's operational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse set of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Comfort and experience working with a diverse population, including familiarity with various cultural backgrounds and challenges.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
