Employee Success People Consultant Manager

Overview Salesforce is a leading AI-driven CRM company poised to transform the workforce. We are seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join our Employee Success organization. The ESPC will partner with ES teams, including ESBPs, COEs, People Services & Operations (PS&O), and reward partners to coordinate and deliver Employee Success programs and initiatives that support the organization’s business needs. This role focuses on organizational health reviews, changes, promotions, talent and performance reviews, employee experience surveys, and related support for the Chief Revenue Officer and the global sales organization. Responsibilities Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic ES programs for the CRO. Monitor and interpret trends and metrics related to employee satisfaction, attrition, turnover, and other key indicators. Use HR analytics tools and AI to make data‑driven business decisions and support digital transformation initiatives. Partner with ESBPs, COEs, and global partners to deliver seamless HR processes, programs, and insights across the organization. Lead ES programs as project owner, tracking objectives, timelines, and communications, while prioritizing responsibilities and measuring successful completion. Manage program communications channels and infrastructure, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline through AI and digital tools. Coordinate across program workstream leaders, executives, and cross‑functional stakeholders, preparing leadership updates, risk summaries, recommendations, and decision‑making materials. Facilitate program meetings, develop agendas, track decisions, manage action items, and perform stakeholder follow‑up. Oversee governance structures, RACI frameworks, and reporting cadences to ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders. Create tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery at scale across a global team. Requirements and Key Skills Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data. Strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides), Workday, and Tableau. Skill in translating data trends into clear insights and presentable themes. Exceptional organizational and program management skills with strong attention to detail and execution excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive‑level presentations and recommendations. Experience supporting a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural, fast‑paced environment. Proactive self‑starter comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and managing competing priorities. Maintain confidentiality for all sensitive data and responsibilities. Quick to ramp up, understand Salesforce’s unique culture, and identify development opportunities. General knowledge of employment policies and practices, staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices. Exposure to workforce planning, go‑to‑market operations, annual planning cycles, or large‑scale business transformations is advantageous. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
