Job Description
The Accounts Receivable and Collections role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the company by managing invoice processing, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections with a focus on medium enterprise customers. This position operates within a small team and leverages ERP, accounting, and CRM software to automate collections and reduce outstanding receivables without requiring travel.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Track payments and manage receivables
- Oversee collections activities and follow up on overdue accounts
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing and payment issues
- Address and resolve account disputes promptly
- Utilize ERP, accounting, and CRM systems for process automation
- Collaborate within a small team to streamline collections
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service
- Strong data entry skills
