Bookkeeper

Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RED-US) is a parts and service company specializing in power electronic systems. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Key Responsibilities Enter payroll data into detailed worksheets and QBO Process accounts payable, including coding and matching purchase orders and receiving documents Follow up on invoices pending approval Track open purchase orders Generate and issue accounts receivable invoices Manage collections and follow up on outstanding invoices Scan checks into banking software Track fixed asset purchases and disposals Perform account reconciliations Assist with sales and use tax reporting (experience preferred) Support additional accounting tasks and special projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
