Compensation Analyst

To support the Total Rewards function, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage annual survey submissions, lead market pricing for various job families, and serve as a compensation resource for HR Business Partners. Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end annual survey submissions and lead market pricing for job families across high-tech, AI/ML, professional services, and BPO segments Analyze published survey data to develop and maintain salary bands and build compensation plans in Workday Advanced Compensation Respond to compensation inquiries from HRBPs and contribute to the implementation of an external compensation platform to improve operations Required qualifications: 3 or more years of compensation experience with direct involvement in benchmarking or compensation systems administration Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuration of compensation plans and job profiles Experience working with Aon/Radford and/or Mercer compensation surveys, including job matching and data analysis Demonstrated ability to work with survey data to inform salary band construction or market pricing recommendations Familiarity with structured job architecture frameworks and strong attention to detail in data handling
