What You'll Do
- Start and manage IVs and administer medications safely
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses continuously
- Educate patients on treatments and self-care procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Use EPIC EMR for accurate charting and documentation
- Float to lower acuity units as needed, maintaining patient safety standards
- Follow hospital policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols
What You Need
Required:- Ohio RN license in active status
- 1+ year medical-surgical nursing experience
- BCLS and IV certification
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- EPIC EMR experience
- Travel nursing experience
