This position is offered remotely, allowing flexibility while you serve the community. Our clinic operates primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling work-life balance and predictable hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adults, as established in the treatment plans.

• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive psychotherapy plans with defined goals and outcomes to ensure effective treatment.

• Act as an integral member of the treatment team, participating in regular case reviews and strategy meetings to optimize patient care.

• Provide consultation to other team members to enhance interdisciplinary support and care delivery.

• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines set by licensing standards and clinic policies.

• When required, facilitate communication between the clinic and external community-based professionals to coordinate care effectively.

• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines when handling subpoenas for records and participating in court appearances.

• Fulfill other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to clinic initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
