The college-prep school welcomes students from approximately 90 communities across Massachusetts and Rhode Island and enrolls over 980 students. Position: Full-time, year-round Assistant Director of Admissions reporting to the Director of Admissions. General Expectations: Represent the school at on-campus and off-campus events, build relationships with prospective families and area school staff, and assist in the annual recruitment and enrollment of new students. Essential Responsibilities Represent Xaverian at school fairs, classroom visits, and other off-campus events Coordinate the Hawk for a Day shadow visit program Coordinate the on-campus tour program Manage student ambassadors Coordinate entrance exams Serve as a member of the admissions reading committee Conduct admission interviews Plan events including open house, information nights, community receptions, and accepted student night Connect with families via phone, email, and Zoom Qualifications and Skills Required Bachelor’s degree Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom Experience with Ravenna, Blackbaud, and Constant Contact preferred; training provided Availability for occasional nights and weekend events Benefits Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
