Compensation and Benefits Manager

To enhance internal partner enablement, the full-time remote Compensation Product Manager will manage the development of self-service compensation tools, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary compensation resource for internal partners, identifying design requirements and building future product backlogs based on inquiries and friction points Own the compensation experience by developing tools such as offer calculators and pricing resources that enable partners to operate independently Intake and triage requests, ensuring effective routing and utilizing data patterns to inform systematization efforts Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in compensation, particularly in a partner-facing role within a high-growth or public tech company Demonstrated product mindset with real examples of building and measuring impactful tools or processes Deep compensation expertise to establish credibility with HR partners from day one Active user of AI tools, showcasing workflows built or accelerated through technology Strong financial acumen with experience in data audits and compensation analysis
