Sales Support and Service Operations Coordinator (Req #8864)

Waukesha, WI 53189 | 1st Shift — Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:00pm; Fri 7:00am–3:00pm | $24–$30/hour DOE

What you’ll tackle

• Order Entry: Enter customer orders accurately and on time
• Quoting: Assist with quote requests and follow-ups
• Customer Care: Act as the primary contact for calls and emails
• Cross-Team Comms: Maintain alignment among customers, sales, and production
• CRM Hygiene: Keep records current and complete
• Inventory Insight: Run reports and help track stock levels
• Accounting Assist: Help with collections and accounting deposits
• Purchasing Support: Coordinate with the purchasing team
• Project Help: Support sales and marketing with various initiatives

• College, vocational/technical degree, or equivalent industry experience emphasizing communication, sales, and service
