Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs, strengths, and behaviors, using clinical interviews and observational techniques to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and adjustment disorders.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support for individuals facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical doctors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to create integrated care plans that address both physical and mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.

• Participate in complex discharge planning, providing continuity of care and linking patients and families to community resources and services.

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse populations within the community health clinic framework. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
