What You'll Do

• Lead daily Back of House operations in a high-volume brunch environment
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, preparation standards, and food quality
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and proper food rotation
• Partner with store leadership to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Train new team members while supporting ongoing skill development
• Execute new menu rollouts and culinary initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, organization, and efficiency
• Lead by example during peak service periods
• Support both Front of House and Back of House teams in delivering the Biscuit Love experience

What You'll Bring

• Previous kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
• Strong communication and training skills
• A team-first mindset and commitment to developing others
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and food cost awareness
• Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
