Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to determine patients' physical therapy needs and developing individualized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise to improve patient outcomes.
• Implementing a variety of research-driven treatment protocols for diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine.
• Utilizing effective communication skills to educate and train patients and their caregivers, fostering an understanding of their conditions and rehabilitation processes.
• Setting and achieving utilization goals alongside other team members, ensuring the clinic's objectives and patients' needs are met efficiently.
