Location & Position Location: Dallas, Texas Job type: Permanent Salary: $90,000 – 100,000 per year Work hours: 8 to 5 Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 3 Years Responsibilities Full-Cycle Ownership: Preparation of Balance Sheets, P&L, and Financial Statements. The Details: Managing Journal Entry (JE) processing and month‑end close. The Tech: Navigating Yardi and using Excel to drive departmental efficiency. Compliance: Working within SOX Compliance and internal controls to maintain gold‑standard reporting. Growth: Digging into the data to identify trends and asking the "Why" behind the variances. Qualifications Experience: 3-5+ years in Full-Cycle Accounting. Tenure: You have a track record of stability and a desire for long-term growth. Curiosity: High intellectual curiosity. You don't just "do" the task; you want to understand the logic. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for a collaborative team environment. Software: Yardi proficiency is required; strong Excel skills are a must. Bonus Points (Nice to Haves) Experience in Cost Accounting (or a strong desire to learn it!).
