Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring effective communication and support for clients in various circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and culturally competent care to address each client's unique needs, employing therapeutic techniques that align with their backgrounds and experiences.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely updates to client care records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attending team meetings, case discussions, and supervision sessions for ongoing support and professional development.

• Manage a minimum caseload of 10 clients and conduct a minimum of 15 appointments each month, adapting to clients’ schedules to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families from various backgrounds across California. The client population may include those facing relationship challenges, mental health issues, trauma, life transitions, and more. It is vital to create an environment of trust and open communication, allowing clients to feel safe and supported during their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• You must hold a full and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with telehealth software and electronic health record systems.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities, demonstrating self-motivation, and the capacity to develop rapport with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, children, or those dealing with trauma, may be beneficial.

• Familiarity with integrated care settings or community health clinics is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
