Position Description: Now Hiring: Arcadia Resort Clubhouse Office Manager Full Time Location: Arcadia Resort Santa Clara, UTSchedule: 40 hours/week | Some weekends required | Sunday rotation includedArcadia Resort is looking for a professional, organized, and guest-focused Office Manager to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily front office operations and staffEnsure smooth guest check-ins and prompt responses to inquiriesManage administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination with other departmentsHandle guest concerns with care and professionalismMaintain office systems, supplies, and communication toolsCreate a welcoming, supportive environment for both guests and team membersQualifications:3+ years in customer service3+ years in office managementStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office)Excellent phone etiquette and people skillsAble to work weekends and participate in a Sunday rotationFlexible, organized, and team-orientedPay:$18-$20 based on experiencePerks and Benefits:
