SummaryThe Administrative Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization in both plants (KS & TN) while providing administrative support to the Brand President and assisting with daily store operations. This role requires a highly professional, friendly, and positive individual with strong communication skills and an executive presence. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReception & Front DeskAnswer phones, direct calls, take messages, and manage voicemailGreet guests professionally and ensure proper visitor proceduresMaintain a clean and welcoming front desk areaManage conference room schedulingHandle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesExecutive Administrative SupportManage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Brand PresidentArrange travel for leadership, staff, and guestsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceAssist with meetings, events, and mealsHandle confidential information with discretionSupport special projects as neededStore Operations SupportSupport day-to-day store operationsProvide excellent customer serviceHelp maintain store appearance and organizationCoordinate supplies and vendorsOrder and distribute suppliesGeneral Administrative SupportAssist departments as neededMaintain organized documentationSupport internal communicationPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Administrative, reception, or customer service experience preferredLanguage Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Must have excellent communication skills.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
