Work Environment\n

This full-time role is primarily remote, designed to encourage a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. While the standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, flexibility may be required for evening or weekend appointments based on client availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, gauge their stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge when relevant.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to help clients achieve their mental health objectives.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and practice management software like PIMSY.
