This role is designed for a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology, which allows for scheduling flexibility and access to a diverse clientele. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and manage a caseload of clients, facilitating a trusting and professional relationship, while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, reinforce therapeutic goals, and determine appropriate discharge criteria.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information for new clients.

• Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• Comfortable executing intake assessments effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required. Candidates with diverse clinical backgrounds and specialties, including trauma-informed care and family therapy, will be viewed favorably, as we aim to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
