As a remote telehealth provider, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, delivering therapy from the comfort of your own location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and seamless communication concerning client progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients who may be experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring they receive appropriate support promptly.

• Participate in community outreach and educational campaigns aimed at promoting mental health awareness, breaking down stigma, and guiding individuals toward seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all presenting unique mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This diversity will enhance your clinical experience, cultural competence, and capacity to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet different needs.

Qualifications\n

• An independent, active license as a:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC),
\n
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds effectively.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity skills to work effectively with clients from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Organizational and time-management capabilities to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, equipping you with the understanding of remote service delivery dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
