Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, fully unencumbered license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should not have any disciplinary actions on their licensing record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficiency in computer navigation and telehealth technology.
