Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop actionable treatment plans that are tailored to individual goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively to assist clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate support and appropriate follow-up care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and various healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care management for each client.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
