Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

• Utilize a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline clear goals and strategies for achieving client success.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals improve their quality of life by providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A fully independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is highly valued. Additionally, prior experience working with similar patient populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
