Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, determine clinical diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain a detailed and confidential record of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health professionals, to provide holistic care and address all aspects of the client’s well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, fostering understanding of treatment options and available community resources. Act as an advocate for clients' rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of best practices, emerging trends, and therapeutic techniques in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in accordance with Texas state regulations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment skills with the ability to develop and migrate sound treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
