Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to provide effective treatment for individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and develop initial discharge plans tailored to each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by the patient’s treatment plan, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered in accordance with facility and professional standards.

• Manage and maintain a diverse caseload, ensuring continuity of care while actively participating in treatment team meetings and collaborative efforts with other staff.

• Deliver services with a high degree of empathy, professionalism, and ethical integrity, maintaining patient safety as a top priority.

• Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring that needs are effectively met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
