Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individuals and families, aimed at addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather critical information, inform treatment planning, and develop initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in each patient’s treatment plan, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Prepare initial treatment plans based on assessment findings, coordinating additional necessary services and updating plans according to client progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with both facility and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring that client needs are met through regular progress evaluations.

• Engage in collaborative treatment team meetings, fostering a united approach to patient care alongside fellow clinicians and staff.

• Demonstrate a professional and empathetic demeanor towards all clients, aiding in the creation of a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively with adults, children, and adolescents, applying age-appropriate therapeutic methods.
