Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying mental health needs and triaging care accordingly.

• Provide graduate-level clinical social work interventions and counseling tailored to the specific requirements of clients and families.

• Engage in effective communication with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment plans, interventions, and progress through documentation and meetings like patient rounds.

• Demonstrate the ability to address the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring care is sensitive to their unique backgrounds.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while collaborating with healthcare providers and community professionals to create comprehensive case management plans.

• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance with department standards and legal requirements.

The mental health clinicians at Renewed Life Mental Health Center provide services to a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals of all ages experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
