Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional stability, and psychological needs.

• Formulate and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique goals and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and supportive counseling through virtual sessions.

• Track clients' progress on a regular basis, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches based on data and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic treatment approach for clients.

• Remain updated on the latest research, techniques, and trends in mental health therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and training to refine clinical skills and increase competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
