Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms for those either preferring virtual access or facing mobility challenges, ensuring they receive effective support.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, actively monitoring their progress to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatments to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

You will primarily work with a varied clientele, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license in the state of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from new graduates, we prefer candidates with at least two years of clinical experience, especially in community health settings or private practices. Familiarity with teletherapy software and electronic health record systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
