Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, skillfully evaluating clients' mental health concerns to create informed, personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized therapy approaches, addressing specific challenges and goals unique to each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions while applying evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Educate and support clients' families, encouraging engagement in the therapeutic process to reinforce the recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Our mental health services cater primarily to children, adolescents, and their families in the Baltimore area. Therapists will work with a diverse client base, addressing an array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients to facilitate their healing process.

• Advanced communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork within the treatment setting.
